Workshops & Training

Peer to Peer Training

Peers are an effective means of transfer of knowledge, skills and awareness.

Because they are seen to be credible they are able to model desired behaviours, encourage their peers to participate in activities designed to build knowledge and skills and are part of a naturally occurring structure of information exchange; that being their peer social group. Peers are able to use accessible systems of sharing information and communication amongst young people.

If you are interested in learning about any I.T. platform or would like to learn how to leverage more out of your I.T. solutions, feel free to contact the Garland I.T. Department.

On a scheduled basis, our I.T. department provides in-house video webinars and seminars for company employees. These seminars are recorded and posted on our company intranet for later viewing.
